At Dagmara Joly Atelier, every creation represents a personal artistic vision, creative research, craftsmanship and attention to detail.

From our bespoke wedding dresses and bridal suits to our original designs, editorial photography and artistic direction, every element reflects the identity and creative work of Dagmara Joly.

We take the protection of our intellectual property, our creative work, our brand identity and our image very seriously.

1. PROTECTED CREATIVE WORK

All original content published on www.dagmarajoly.com and through our official communication channels is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, in particular:

Original fashion designs, wedding dresses, bridal suits, garments, silhouettes and distinctive details.
Photographs, campaign images, editorial visuals and videos.
Sketches, artistic concepts, styling, creative direction and original compositions.
Images and representations of Dagmara Joly, our models and collaborators, subject to their respective rights.

2. STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION

No individual, company, manufacturer, reseller or third party is permitted to:

Reproduce our wedding dresses, bridal suits or original creations without the necessary authorization.

Use our photographs, designs or creative materials to train, develop, test or generate content through artificial intelligence (AI) systems where such use requires our authorization or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Use AI to manipulate, reproduce or alter the face, body or likeness of Dagmara Joly or any identifiable model or collaborator without the necessary consent.
Replace models, modify garments, change backgrounds or create advertising images derived from our original photographs without authorization.
Use our name, logo or identity to suggest a commercial partnership, endorsement or collaboration that does not exist.

3. UNAUTHORIZED AI MANIPULATION

We expressly object to unauthorized AI manipulation and exploitation of our original images and creative work.

Changing the background, replacing a model, modifying a face or body, transforming a wedding dress or generating a new advertising visual from our original photographs does not automatically make such use lawful or authorized.

Our creative identity and the image of our designer and models must be respected.

4. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

Dagmara Joly Atelier reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification and commercial exploitation of its protected work.

Such action may include:

Formal intellectual property and copyright complaints.
Requests for immediate removal of unauthorized content.
Cease-and-desist notices.
Complaints to online marketplaces, social media platforms and hosting providers.
Legal proceedings and claims for compensation, where appropriate under applicable law.

We actively defend the integrity and originality of our creative work, including against unauthorized commercial use by international companies and online sellers.

5. OFFICIAL BRAND REPRESENTATION

The official website www.dagmarajoly.com and our verified or officially designated social media accounts are the authorized communication channels of Dagmara Joly Atelier.

Any third party using our photographs, designs, name or identity without authorization must not be considered an official representative, partner, distributor or collaborator of our brand.

We do not authorize any company to imply an association with Dagmara Joly Atelier without our express written consent.
