Dagmara Joly delivers to all countries . Custom made clothes are made usually within 10-15 working days. Standard delivery time: FRANCE: 2-4 working days, EU: 4-10 working days, USA 7-10 working days, OTHER DESTINATIONS: 7-18 working days.

Neither the carrier nor Dagmara Joly can be made responsible for failure to deliver in the case of force majeure or inaccuracy in the delivery address.

For national and international deliveries Dagmara Joly uses french post- la poste and I provide a tracking number which can be used online, I will email you the tracking code when I ship. All purchases are properly packed and secured to reach you in a perfect conditions. Please be informed that Dagmara Joly will not be responsible for any duty or custom taxes you may incur. All purchases are shipped to the mailing address stated on your receipt, if you wish to have your purchase deliver to different address please do let me know. Please be aware that for a wrong address given purchaser is responsible for re-shipment cost. Please be aware that the purchaser is solely responsible for any fee's and taxes. -RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL-

Conditions relating to exchanges

The right to or possibility of exchange only applies to the extent that the product is returned in perfect condition, packed in its original packaging, supplied with tracking number, complete and showing no signs of damage, dysfunction and no obvious trace of use beyond a simple fitting. All labels must be present. Dagmara Joly reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the goods returned do not meet these conditions.

Returns and refunds policy

Due to the fact that every garment is 100% individually custom-tailored and handcrafted just for you, they are not refundable.

If the garments doesn't fit you then :

-take your garment to the closest tailor for alterations

-Dagmara Joly will refund all the alterations fees

-if your local tailor cannot fix it then Dagmara Joly will refund the garment ( contact with us within 5 working days after receiving your order , explaining the issues as clear as possible )

Dagmara Joly reserves the right to deny refunds in circumstances:

-when alterations made by the local tailor doesn't meet your epectations

-when the product returned it's not in perfect condition or missing labels on it

- when buyer changes her's mind about purchased items

-when measurements provided are wrong and that is the reason why the garment doesn't fit

Without exception all returns must be notified in advance by e-mail to customer service who will issue an Dagmara Joly return number and communicate the return address (no returns will be accepted at the company's registered office). This is a necessary safeguard to ensure returns are traceable and secure for the user.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the user.

Dagmara Joly reserves the right to refuse to accept returns of which they have not have been notified or which do not follow the instructions above. Returns which do not respect this procedure and for which the parcel was lost during transport cannot be taken into account by Dagmara Joly. A customer who did not follow Customer Service's instructions as part of an exchange cannot request compensation.
